These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any content provided by She Authentic, LLC, including but not limited to brand design, photography, social media management, and virtual assistance services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
She Authentic, LLC provides branding, photography, and virtual assistant services as described on our website and other communications. All services are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Responding to communications and approvals within the timelines agreed upon in the project.
- Ensuring the legality and appropriateness of any content provided for use by She Authentic, LLC.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment for services will be outlined in a formal agreement or invoice.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required before the start of any project.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
- In the event of non-payment or late payment, She Authentic, LLC reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- Any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled project may forfeit the deposit or a percentage of the project cost, as outlined in the service agreement.
- No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered or if work has already begun on the project.
5. Revisions
- We offer a limited number of revisions as stated in the service agreement. Any additional revisions requested beyond this limit may be subject to additional fees.
- All revision requests must be made within the project timeline. Revisions requested after project completion may require a new service agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
- All creative content (logos, brand elements, photography, etc.) created by She Authentic, LLC remains the property of the Company until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered assets for the intended purpose, as outlined in the agreement.
- She Authentic, LLC retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any confidential information provided to us during the course of our work will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Liability
- She Authentic, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use our services.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage of data, content, or intellectual property provided by the client.
- Our liability for any breach of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if the client fails to comply with these Terms, the agreed project scope, or payment terms.
10. Changes to Terms
She Authentic, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by She Authentic, LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
